Materials for the Production of UP Tents
Outer tent fly fabric: Oxford 300, featuring a water-repellent PU 4000 mm. H₂O impregnation. The dense fabric and taped seams enhance durability and provide effective protection against precipitation.
Inner tent fly fabric: Oxford 210 with a water-repellent PU 2000 mm. H₂O impregnation. The inner tent fly provides an additional layer of moisture protection and helps maintain thermal comfort.
Frame: Constructed from 8 or 10 mm rods of aviation aluminum alloy (USA AA7075, in EU ENAW 7075). This alloy, produced through strict manufacturing processes, is the most durable aluminum alloy currently available, offering several advantages for our frames:
